Each airport has different rules and policies of allowing chauffeurs to leave vehicles unattended to come inside to meet you. At most airports, we will be able to meet you at either baggage claim or customs. Call your Car Service Boston agent to inquire for specific airport pick up procedures.
Boston Logan Airport Pickup:
Go straight out the door to the Limo waiting area and your driver will be there with a sign with your name.
The pickup will be inside terminal B garage, on the ground level, at the area designated for Limos.
Your driver will be upstairs at the Departures level, in the Limo waiting area. The driver will have a sign with your name.
Chauffeur Direct Driver Information Emails and Text: An automatic email and text is sent to you 10-15 minutes prior to pick-up advising you of your driver's name, cell phone number, as well pertinent trip information. This information allows you to close the communication gap easily if trying to reach your driver directly, saving you time, reducing stress and giving you a peace of mind. Our driver will be waiting for you in the car. He or she will arrive 10 to 15 min before the pickup time.
At some airports, chauffeurs are not allowed inside terminals, so we strongly recommend a VIP Meet and Greet agent to greet you at your baggage carrousel, assist with your luggage, and then escort you to your chauffeur and vehicle.
Car Service Boston offers a 30-minute wait time period after reported domestic flight arrival time and 45-minute wait period for international flights at no charge. However, for non-airport pickups the wait period will be only 15 minutes. Once the wait period is over, there is a $6.00 fee for every 5 minutes of wait. Any tolls, parking, and airport fees will be added to your bill.
Car Service Boston has a simple standardized rate for all its chauffeured vehicle transportation. There are two types of service we provide: “Base + Distance” and “As Directed Hourly”. For Base + Distance rate is (point-to-point) + suggested gratuity + any tolls. For Hourly trips the rate is: hourly rate x hours (as directed) + suggested gratuity + any tolls.
Yes. Additional stops that are not en route are billed at $30.00 per stop and additional local stops en route are billed at $12.00 per stop. There is a $30.00 surcharge for services scheduled between 12:00 am and 4:30 am. There is a $30.00 surcharge for services scheduled on Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. All rides can be billed on your American Express, Discover, Diners Club International, Master or Visa Card. Final charges are subject to audit by Car Service Boston.
This is NOT a mandatory charge. Our patrons may provide a gratuity that is greater or less than 20% as they deem appropriate. Please note that all decisions as to whether to provide a gratuity and the amount of any such gratuity for the chauffeur is made at the sole and absolute discretion of the client.
Yes. For a Sedan or an SUV there is a 2-hour minimum. For Van or Sprinter there is a 3-hour minimum. Also, please keep in mind that the hourly rate is only within the 128 belt and anything outside of the 128 belt is billed at Base + Distance rate as of point-to-point. A cancellation fee will be equal to the proposed trip cost plus all fees for any cancellation made less than (2) hours before the scheduled pickup time in Massachusetts. Any cancellation made less than (5) hours before the scheduled pickup time outside of Massachusetts will also be charged at the proposed trip cost plus all fees. For Limousine or a Passenger Van service, a cancellation made less than (72) hours before the scheduled pickup time will also be charged at the proposed trip cost plus all fees.
If you have an account with us, then we will automatically email you a receipt after each reservation. We can send you a copy of your receipt via email or mail it to you. Also, account holders can retrieve their receipts through this website. If you do not have an account, please email us to request your receipt.
Online, you can reschedule a pick up within 2 hours in advance. Also, our staff is trained to take ASAPS and last-minute changes, but you should let us know as soon as you have a firm schedule.
No, our drivers are not trained to do so and we have 24-hour office staff to accommodate all your requests or you can email or text us with any changes.
A car seat is required for children up to the age of 7. If you are traveling with minors or children, we can provide a car seat for a $10 fee if notified in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside all our vehicles. The driver will gladly pull over when safe upon request. Anyone found smoking inside the vehicle will be asked to extinguish the cigar/cigarette immediately.
Yes, we do. However, for any Patriots game or a concert at the Gillette stadium in Foxboro we ONLY charge an hourly rate. This means that we will pick you up from any location of your choice and the driver will stay with you until the end of the game or the concert. You will be responsible for the hourly rate plus parking, unless you have VIP parking. The chauffeur will drive you back to any location of your choice after the event. Please keep in mind, point-to-point or pick-up only arrangements are not available for the Gillette Stadium event rides.
